Rules, guidelines, and acceptable use terms governing your access to TwistType text utilities and font tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TwistType (accessible from https://twisttype.online/), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

TwistType provides free, browser-based text transformation utilities, Unicode font generators, case converters, ciphers, and symbol catalogs. All processing takes place locally within your browser without requiring account registration, software installation, or financial transactions.

3. License & Permitted Uses

TwistType grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use our tools subject to these Terms:

  • Personal Use: You may freely use generated text for social media profiles, chat messages, gaming usernames, creative writing, and educational purposes.
  • Commercial Use: You may freely use the text generated by TwistType in commercial publications, marketing campaigns, client design projects, video descriptions, and merchandise.
  • No Resale of Software: You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or reverse-engineer the proprietary code or web interface of TwistType itself.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TwistType for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use our text tools to generate or distribute hate speech, illegal threats, severe harassment, defamation, or child exploitation material.
  • Encode malware payloads, malicious scripts, phishing lures, or obfuscated exploit vectors using our binary, hex, or cipher utilities.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the website, including launching automated denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or using automated scrapers that excessively tax server bandwidth.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

TwistType Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the TwistType website, brand name, logo, original code, UI styling, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of TwistType.

User Content Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all original text you enter into our tools. TwistType claims zero ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over the text you generate or transform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TwistType is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely bug-free, or continuously available.
  • All Unicode font variations will render accurately across all third-party devices, operating systems, or applications (as glyph availability is controlled by the user's local operating system fonts).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TwistType, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our tools.

8. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

TwistType displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and accredited third-party ad networks. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised. Any interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party and are governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or aspect of TwistType at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this URL. Continued use of TwistType following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
